These days we tend to use our iPad or laptop when making notes or studying. It is wild how digital everything has become.

It is impossible to not refer internet when studying because it is much helpful in many ways. But internet has many distractions that makes you loss focus. And I am pretty sure you know what I am talking about.

Your brain needs the peace in order to concentrate. So, use internet to gather information and after that make sure you switch off your internet connection before starts studying.

Motivate yourself time to time

Is it difficult for you to find the motivation to study? Don’t worry it is completely normal to feel like that from time to time.

You just need to know how to do self- motivation properly. The easiest way you can do it is to create another list with your goals in it. The list might include;

  • Affirmations
  • Motivation quotes
  • The reason you want to study
  • The main goal you want to achieve in future

Go through this list whenever you feel like you have zero motivation to study. This will make you get back to your studies in no time! And don’t forget to reward yourself with your favorite snack whenever you finished a certain task or achieve a simple goal.
